1. Acceptance and scope
By creating an account, accepting these Terms or using the platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this document and to the notices shown during registration and within each project. If you act for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to the applicable rules.
Project-specific rules shown before participation supplement these Terms. If they conflict, the project rule applies only to that project and within the limits of applicable law.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must provide truthful, current and complete information, use your own account and protect your credentials. An account is personal and may not be sold, assigned or shared with others.
Each person may record with only one device and must make recordings using their own account, without sharing it with anyone else.
The same account may include contributor activity and, where applicable, a role as a company owner or team member. Team invitations do not transfer account ownership or automatically change existing referral relationships.
3. Companies and teams
An owner may create and manage a company, invite team members, review operational outcomes and define the split that applies to future commercial work. Each member must accept the invitation and use their own account.
Split changes apply only to work approved after the stated effective time. Ending team membership does not delete the personal account, approved-work history or legitimately recorded credits.
4. Projects, tasks and approval
Project availability is not guaranteed. Each project may have its own eligibility requirements, instructions, quality standards, deadlines and approval criteria.
For projects integrated with Minute Data, recording and content submission take place directly in the external application. MIMIX AI tracks participation, duration, quality, approval and rejection outcomes reported by the provider without receiving or viewing the videos or conducting audiovisual review.
You are responsible for following applicable recording instructions and obtaining necessary permissions. Do not submit unlawful, misleading or third-party-rights-infringing content. Recording and review questions or disputes are subject to Minute Data's channels and procedures; MIMIX support handles questions about its own records, credits and payments.
5. Rates, estimates and payments
Value is generated only by eligible, approved work under the rate, split and version displayed for the project. Platform and review records determine the applicable outcome.
The balance displayed as available on the platform reflects credits recorded at that time and does not, by itself, constitute a definitive guarantee of payment. Initial video approval and the corresponding credit remain subject to the review described below.
The laboratory responsible for investigating irregularities may reassess each video for up to 10 business days from that video's initial approval. During this period, approval may be confirmed or revised, including full or partial rejection if irregularities are identified, even if the corresponding amount already appears in the available balance.
Payment of credits associated with videos under review may be temporarily suspended during that review. If a video is rejected due to irregularities, amounts linked to the affected videos may be reduced or reversed according to the outcome reported by the provider. MIMIX reconciles those outcomes in its records without accessing or analyzing the audiovisual content.
You may request an explanation and dispute adjustments through official support channels, subject to the provider's procedures and applicable law. This rule does not remove the obligation to pay amounts that remain due after review or authorize credit cancellation without grounds.
The public calculator, projections, examples and revenue indicators are illustrative simulations. They do not guarantee task availability, hours, approval, income or future payment. Applicable personal or business taxes remain the responsibility of the person legally required to pay them.
6. Videos, image, voice and permissions
Submitting videos to Minute Data establishes a relationship with that external service. Conditions relating to content, image and voice, including ownership, assignment or licensing, use, sharing and removal requests, are set out in Minute Data's applicable terms, privacy policy and notices, subject to applicable law. Read those documents before recording or submitting material.
These Terms do not grant MIMIX AI ownership or a license over videos sent directly to Minute Data. MIMIX does not receive, host, access, reproduce, distribute or license those files or act as an intermediary in their transmission. Its role in this integration is operational and financial, based on registration data, outcomes and payments, and does not include processing audiovisual content.
Data actually received by MIMIX is processed under its Privacy Policy. Where that processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it through official channels, subject to lawful retention grounds. Accepting MIMIX documents does not replace the notices and permissions required to use Minute Data.
7. Privacy and data-subject rights
Personal-data processing follows applicable law, including Brazil's General Data Protection Law. Through the platform's official channels, you may request confirmation, access, correction and other applicable rights, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions.

8. Prohibited conduct
You may not falsify measurements or approvals, use multiple accounts to bypass controls, automate tasks without authorization, interfere with security, access third-party data, submit malware, impersonate others or manipulate invitations, referrals, hours or outcomes.
You also may not collect or submit content without required permissions or use the platform for unlawful, abusive or discriminatory activity, or to violate privacy, intellectual property or other rights.
You may not create or operate an external website, page or domain promoting MIMIX AI or its projects, including for registration, support or promotion. You may not present yourself as an authorized representative, support agent, partner or official channel without MIMIX's authorization, or use the MIMIX brand to collect leads or personal data or direct people to registration or support outside official channels.
You may share your official referral link directly with others without creating or operating an external website, page or domain to promote it. This rule does not, by itself, change valid referrals or amounts already earned and recognized as payable.
Any action concerning a breach of this section depends on a review of the facts; where reasonable and permitted, we will explain the reason and provide official channels for clarification and appeal.
9. Minute Data and other third-party services
Minute Data is an external service operated by Baker Data LLC. In the current workflow, participants submit recordings directly to that service, which carries out operations on the material under its own documents and applicable law. MIMIX AI receives operational information and outcomes, reconciles credits and intermediates payments due under the project's conditions.
MIMIX does not control the storage, file security, use, licensing, sharing or deletion of videos held by Minute Data. Requests about those files may be sent to the contact published by the provider. MIMIX support may help direct a request without promising to perform operations on files it cannot access.
Other external services, such as payment providers, also have their own conditions. This separation of services does not remove MIMIX's legal obligations relating to its own activities.
10. Suspension, termination and availability
We may limit or suspend access to investigate fraud, security risk, a breach of these Terms or a legal requirement. Where reasonable and permitted, we will explain the reason and available review or remediation path.
You may stop using the platform at any time. Termination does not erase prior obligations, required records or amounts already recognized as payable. The platform may change, undergo maintenance or become temporarily unavailable.
11. Liability
MIMIX AI remains responsible for its own platform activities, including the data it processes and its applicable operational and payment obligations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MIMIX does not assume liability for recording, transmission, storage, audiovisual review, use, licensing, sharing or deletion of videos carried out exclusively within Minute Data's environment, or for independent provider or participant acts that do not arise from MIMIX's acts or omissions.
This allocation does not exclude liability for MIMIX's own acts or omissions or liability imposed by law, including any applicable joint liability. Mandatory data-protection, image, voice, intellectual-property and, where applicable, consumer rights remain protected.
Project availability and earnings simulations do not guarantee income. MIMIX is not responsible for expectations based solely on estimates or opportunities not made available.
12. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these Terms for legal, security or product changes. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice and, where required, will ask for renewed acceptance.
The laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil apply, including the Brazilian Internet Civil Rights Framework and the LGPD. Disputes will be handled by the court competent under applicable law, preserving mandatory user rights. For questions or requests, use the official support channels shown on the platform.
